Paul Boileau

Experience:

Paul is a business and property professional, development finance planner and investor.   

Having started his career in blue chip consultancy, Paul rose from graduate management trainee through to director at a number of PLC property and consultancy businesses. In 1997 he left PLC world to start Brookbanks, following this with various successful business and property ventures.  

With over 25 years’ experience in business management, property and consultancy, Paul has grown teams to deliver numerous flagship property development opportunities across the UK, and provided management consultancy services for many blue-chip development organisations. 

Paul has a wide variety of skills, including: 

• Property development  
• Business development and management 
• Development appraisal, viability and financial planning 
• Planning and engineering  
• Project management 

Paul has particular skills in project and commercial management, leading large and diverse project teams.   

Career highlights include: 

Property development: Providing in excess of 300,000 new homes and 5,000,000m2 of commercial and industrial development space. 

Management consultancy: Business and financial process improvement for various blue-chip property and development businesses. 

Did you know? 

• Outside of work, Paul’s interests include fitness, shooting, F1 and commercial/military aircraft. He’s currently learning Spanish, but according to him, “Mi Espanol no es muy bien” at the moment!
