Throughout her career, Emma has successfully partnered with management teams and investors to drive value creation, deliver growth strategies, and improve operational efficiencies.
Emma’s extensive experience spans a range of sectors, with senior finance roles in a variety of different industries such as beauty, luxury watches and food. Most recently, she led a significant transformation programme at a residential & commercial land promotion business, helping to support the business’s strategic objectives and long-term growth.
Emma has also served as CFOO at a technology-led transformation programme, where she played a key role in guiding the business through investment and eventual disposal. Emma’s expertise lies in developing and executing successful business plans, supporting growth initiatives, and delivering sustainable value for stakeholders.
