Experience: 

George has years of experience in development infrastructure cost planning and overall project viability/cash flow forecasting and has worked with many blue chip developers, land promoters at pre-contract stage to support land sales/purchases or general viability advice 

He has taken a lead role in project cost and viability disputes, again working for both developer and land owners to support his clients and try to reach a resolution and cost closure where possible. 

George has taken projects through from tender stage to contractor appointment, then through to on-site delivery and commercial management. 

He is currently working on both civil and structural projects including the £27m A45 bridge project in Coventry to provide access for a large proposed mixed-use development, the £2m primary school extension and a £12m indoor leisure centre down at another large mixed-use development in Sherford.

  • George likes to keep active and often works out and plays various sports. To balance out the fitness you may find George at many pubs and restaurants down in London or travelling as much as possible. He is currently on his quest to see the 7 wonders of the world!
