A 74-acre brownfield site that housed the former British Sugar beet factory from 1925 that has been redeveloped into a residential scheme, including a new highway bridge over the River Stour and the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal.

The Outcome

We helped to complete the regeneration of a derelict industrial site into a thriving new community in Kidderminster complete with a new convenience store, care home and a leisure centre.
